Overview

There are too many professions to name that have field support team members. This application is designed for an individual or teams of technical support personnel.
If youre looking for a application that covers every aspect of fields support then this database application is the most cost effective and feature loaded app available.

What is included in this application:

First of all this application has a main screen that includes pop up screens that setup each account, and supporting screens on the Technical Support Data screen. The data screens allow you to create new records in the pop up screens that are related to the client screen. This provides both creation of new multiple records, and the ability to edit the records currently in the database.

There are additional screens to display all records in a list view where you can search, sort, and create selections of records. Another screen is a portal view and individual portal records that are used to search for data in the portals. The last type of screens are reports screens where you can build a set of records, or individual records for reports.

Main screens in this app:

- Client support; used to manage all client support activity.
- A support inventory screen; this is used to build and manage inventory.
- A Purchase Screen; this is used to manage vendor purchases.
- The Vendor screen; this is used to create all vendor data used to purchase products and services.
- The Technical Support screen; this screen is used to collect technical media used to support services where tech specs and technical data is kept.
- Tech Photos screen; this screen is used for taking support service photos, and to add how used photos related to support requirements.
- The Work Order / Invoice; this screen is used to documents repairs, billing items used, and services provided to invoice.

The work order report / invoice report pulls all of the service and work tasks into a comprehensive report to manage billing for each invoice for the client.
